Sometimes the hardest part of the journey is pushing yourself to move on. This poster was created when I was trying to justify to myself the leaving of a 10-year adjunct position to a full-time instructor position at another college.
While the step seemed like the correct way to go at the time, the Monday Morning Quarterback now says how bad of an idea that really was.
Here I am 5 years later without a teaching gig…who knew?!
